Study of the Oxidation Ditch Tank [Fluid Analysis Case Study in Water Treatment]

Creating the shape of the paddle and simulating rotation in a 3D model simulation.

In the oxidation ditch tank, we conducted a fluid simulation to examine the flow within the tank to confirm whether the necessary flow rate could be achieved using a vertical-axis aeration device. We created a paddle shape in a 3D model simulation and simulated its rotation. 【Case Summary】 - In the oxidation ditch tank, we examined the flow within the tank through fluid simulation to confirm whether the necessary flow rate could be achieved using a vertical-axis aeration device. - We created a paddle shape in a 3D model simulation and simulated its rotation. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Fluid simulation in complex shapes of manufacturing processes for the pharmaceutical industry.

We will model complex shapes and movements of devices as they are, supporting the understanding and improvement of fluid phenomena.

We will evaluate the flow and mixing conditions within complex devices using a meshless fluid analysis method (MPS particle method). In the current manufacturing industry, it is essential to understand the flow of various fluids (such as water, resin, and molten metal) within devices. However, as devices become more complex, traditional fluid analysis methods (such as finite difference methods and finite volume methods) often become difficult to compute, leading to many cases that are practically impossible to realize. Our company supports the understanding and evaluation of phenomena using a meshless fluid analysis method that can directly compute complex shapes and movements.
